I'm just checking in to say hello and to record my happiness project progress. This weekend there was not a lot of progress! I went running on Sunday and I used the whole weekend to catch up on sleep, but I wasn't as efficient as I wanted to be, my room is still a mess, and I didn't remember my sleep resolution until about 1 a.m. (at which point I went to sleep, to be fair). So, there was a little work toward good health (running and sleep), but I didn't stick to a good sleep schedule, and my room is still messy. I should put together a check list, 5 major topics to address each time. As I have said, this is a work on progress.
I've definitely identified 3 topics for future months: religion, budget, and sustainable lifestyle choices. I'm actually pretty jazzed about both. Seeing as how this month is almost halfway over I should make a better effort to apply the energy/health changes that are relevant right now, though.
